Step One: Get Started

Register, assess your goals, and remove barriers like transportation or childcare. Begin driver’s ed, English testing, and job-readiness training.

Step Two: Explore

Try out different industries, then begin hands-on training in healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, tech, construction, or entrepreneurship. Earn valuable certifications.

Step Four: Plan Ahead

After 6 months, explore long-term career options, apply for college, and finish strong with a clear path forward.

Step Three: Get Hired

Receive job placement support, coaching, and follow-up at key milestones.
